Apply now for a Quantum Center Research Fellowship
We are pleased to announce the Quantum Center Research Fellowship program, which funds PhD students and postdocs hosted by research groups of the Quantum Center.
The Quantum Center Research Fellowship supports innovative and original scientific research that fits well into the context of the host group while fostering the independence of the fellow.

The Quantum Center is committed to increasing diversity in quantum science, and candidates from under-represented groups are especially encouraged to apply. Furthermore, applications in member groups of young PIs and PIs with small group sizes are equally encouraged.

The fellowships are endowed by the “Dr. Alfred and Flora Spälti Fonds“.

The next application deadline is February 20, 2024. More information about the program can be found here.

Apply now for the INSPIRE Potentials - Quantum Center Master Award
The application is open until January 15, 2024.
The award recognizes outstanding and highly motivated female students who are about to conduct their Master's thesis in one of the groups of the Quantum Center, ETH Zurich. Read more about the INSPIRE Potentials – Quantum Center Master Award and apply until January 15, 2024.

Prof. Rachel Grange and Prof. Puneet Anantha Murthy join the Quantum Center
A warm welcome to Prof. Rachel Grange and Prof. Puneet Anantha Murthy, who will further strengthen the Quantum Center’s activities in Quantum Communication, and Quantum Simulation and Basic Sciences, respectively.
