New exhibition in the Science Pavilion UZH |
The climate crisis is particularly noticeable in the Arctic. For every degree of global warming, the Arctic warms by 4 °C. The consequences for animals, plants and humans are severe. But there are also ways to steer the course of the Arctic towards a better future.
The new exhibition “Arctic Biodiversity Futures” presents positive visions of the future and possible courses of action. The Science Pavilion UZH on Campus Irchel is open daily from 12 - 5 pm. |

«DreamTeam – foster personalities to create equal opportunities for everyone» |
Would you like to combine your doctorate with social commitment?
With the mentoring program DreamTeam you take on individual guidance and companionship for a child (6-10 ys) for one year. During this time, you will go on a journey of discovery together. You regularly take a few hours to do all sorts of things with your mentee: baking together, making music, reading, discovering a museum or playing outside. This shows how much there is to learn, talk and laugh about. The focus is therefore on the 1:1 relationship between you and your mentee. Very good knowledge of German is a prerequisite.
Interested? Contact Erika Just without obligation and come along to one of the info events: Friday, 14 February 2025, 17:00 via Zoom (link on request) and on Monday, 17 February 2025, 17:00 Campus Irchel (room on request)
