Fine Dining of the Future: Science on Your Plate

Location: Food Zurich Festival Tent, Europaallee, Zurich
The Center again joins Food Zurich to create an interactive dinner, Science on Your Plate, this June. Researchers from ETH Zurich will give simply explained and exciting insights into their research about the ingredients served during a delicious dinner. Mirco Kristal, winner of the marmite youngster 2023 in the cuisine category, will cook an exclusive 4-course plant-based menu.

Feeding Scientific Creativity

Drawing inspiration from the concepts of Food Design, we will explore together the essence of creativity and its transformative power.
